协会主要业务范围：建立 IT产业国际项目数据库，开展招商引资、项目对接及经贸合作;加强对IT人才专业技能和外语能力的训练，做好IT人才的推荐与交流工作，建立IT人才培训基地; 开展多媒体信息服务；与国外各行业团体、企业及相关机构进行广泛的联络，加强合作，并及时向会员单位发布相关信息；组织会员单位参加国内外研修、培训，参加国内外大型展会及项目洽谈、对接活动；监督指导会员单位对赴国外研修人员的管理工作。

　　大连 IT产业国际交流协会成立以来，得到了大连市有关领导、大连市信息产业局和相关部门大力支持以及社会各界的广泛关注，并与政府有关部门、企事业单位以及国内外有影响的IT企业和机构密切合作。现已发展会员200多家，先后与法国里昂工商会、韩国软件振兴院、日本CICC、日本福冈市经济振兴局、印中贸易中心、澳大利亚电脑学会和美中国际交流中心等机构以及世界著名IT企业如惠普、NEC、IBM、微软、Intel 等建立了密切合作关系。目前，我们已成功地接待了200多个国外考察团，组织承办了大型IT展会，组织IT企业参加各种形式的培训活动，参加了国内外大型展会及项目对接洽谈会。

Dalian IT Industry International Exchange Association ,founded in Feb,2004, Is a social community approved by municipal government and orgaized voluntarilly by IT experts,entreprises,academic schools and universities,under the lead of Dalian Bureau of Information Industry.Through a bridge betwwen government and enterprises, its goal is to spread and promote handshakes of commerce and friendships of IT HR between China and other countries across the world,as well as enhance international exchange and cooperation of IT community in Dalian.

Main business scope of association :Buiding international project data base of IT industry,engaging investment soliciting,project connect,and copperation of economy and trade; Training skills and foreign languager capacity for IT human resources,further doing well in recommendation,exchange,IT HR training base and practice base;Multimedia;Connecting widelly with overseas organizations,enterprises and institutions to consolidate cooperation and to publish relevant information,with playing key role of websites domestic and international; Organizing member units to participate training ,large-scale exhibiton,projects negotiation and connection,providing members&units overseas products introduction and exchange channels of business,preparing member units competitions such as debates competition through many ways(including large-scale conferences,forums,symposiums and visits,etc)and organizing kinds of conferences;Monitoring and directing member units to manage persons studied abroad.

Since founding,DITIEA has been having a closed cooperation with relevant departments of government ,communities of enterprises,and renowned IT enterprises and institutions international and domestic,with an ever-increasing common concern for all society and supports from Dalian Municipal Government ,Bureau of Information Industry and branches,It has a good cooperation partnership repectively with Chambre Decommerce Etd'Industrie De Lyon,Korea IT Industry Promotion Agency,Japan CICC,Japan Economic Revitalization Bureau of Fukuoka city,Sino-India Trade Center, computing Association of Australia, www.cccct.com, Sino-US International Exchange Center ect,and prestigious IT enterprises such as HP,NEC,IBM,Microsoft and Intel ect. Currently,we have provided over 200overseas delegation groups good reception,organized large-scale IT expositions and kinds of training for IT enterprises,and participated expositions home and abroad,including negotiation for projects connect .
